Ground rules - non-negotiable
- Cant uninstall games until posting thoughts (100 words min, 1000 max) - once content with it
- This is about having fun - if I don't like it nor want to play it, it's moved on into Moved on (i.e. content)
- Everything in content must have been experienced for a minimum of 30 minutes to get a good sense of the game
- Games played elsewhere or before Steam can be content (i.e. for me Crysis, STALKER, F.E.A.R.) - don't betray my trust!
Ground rules - personal (choose your own!)
- 1 game per week - as long as your games aren't exceeding your weeks you're winning! (i.e. Week 7 - Game 10 = SUCCESS!)
- Cheat: PlayStation games will be mentioned here as well - as I go between the two platforms often and love their 1st party games
- Can only purchase a new big game if I intend to play and finish it then - and only bimonthly (excluding the very occasional juicy humble bundle)
Comment your blog below so I can check out games you're playing!
(But let's be honest, this blog is about me talking to myself about the games I've played)

Bonus points: Set the publish date of your challenge groundrules to the date you aim to complete the challenge!
Edit 1: Removed the games bought (see below). Omg all the retro games and PS4 bargains I've bought since I just can't it BURNS. Excluding retro games I think I've maintaed the bi-monthly rule pretty well, but definitely not the play right away rule. I need to get that back on track.
Edit 2: Have now included update and misc. posts outside of games. They currently come in three forms and are also numbered.
- Allsorted - Games that aren't worthy of a full/numbered post
- Intermission - update post - usually after a hiatus, change in rules or gaming patterns
- Couch Coop - long over due but this will come in waves as I discuss games played with friends. Might consider including this as separate count (but overall tally) if it's regular enough. They are on the shelf and they do count.
